The building complex
 
The construction is designed to offer great functionality and effective floor plans. The use of high standard materials will give the complex a stylish and exclusive look.

The building will be made as a three stories blocks within a land of approx. 1,5 Acres and will have 50 apartments with terraces oriented for maximal sun exposition. In addition to the apartments, the resort will have a main reception office, a restaurant, a bar, a laundry, a groceries shop, an underground parking with storage boxes and an outdoor swimming pool, solariums and relaxing green facilities.

All the resort facilities as well as a large number of apartments will be accessible for people with disabilities needing the use of wheel chairs.

Third floor 12 apartments most of them with terraces facing the pool and some have view towards the sea. 6 apartments are accessible by wheel chairs through the two elevators.

8 apartments have wide terraces overlooking the pool.
2 apartments have terraces view towards the sea.
Solarium The top of the third floor will be accessible as solarium areas.
